Exchange or Return Policy

At Prime Shapewear, we prioritize customer satisfaction and have simplified our exchange and return process as follows:

  1. Request Initiation: The purchaser, using the email address registered at the time of purchase, must send an email to: info@primeshapewear.com within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product. Please use the subject line "Exchange or Return". After this period, we will not be able to process your request. Please note that exchanges or returns can only be handled via email.

*¹ If there are any changes or if you have lost the email address used during the purchase, please inform us through our customer service channels.

*² We do not process exchanges or returns through third-party contacts or emails that differ from the one registered at the time of purchase.

  1. Describe the Issue: In the email, please describe the reason for the exchange or return. If the product has any defects, kindly provide photos or videos that clearly show the issue.

  2. Return Instructions: Once your exchange or return request is confirmed via email, we will send you the reverse shipping code within 48 business hours, with a 10-day calendar deadline to return the product to the post office with the product properly packed. If the product is not returned within this period, a new shipping code will not be issued, and we will consider the request finalized. All returns must be sent using the reverse shipping code provided by us. We are not responsible for returns sent on your own.

  3. Processing the Return: Once the product is received at our warehouse, we will proceed with your exchange or refund request. Refunds will be processed within 3 days after receipt of the product at our facility.
